Construction
Construction of Centinela Building required comprehensive coordination between the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-life-safety, accessibility, waterproofing, and building-envelope systems.
Particular attention was given to structural coordination, façade installation, windows and doors, balconies, waterproofing assemblies, exterior finishes, interior construction, and MEP systems to ensure that the architectural design was properly executed in the field.
The repetitive nature of multifamily construction also required careful coordination between residential units, common areas, vertical building systems, accessibility requirements, and life-safety components.
