Architectural Concept
The architectural concept for Declaration House is centered on modern simplicity, openness, natural light, and a seamless connection between spaces.
The design introduces clean architectural lines, refined proportions, and a restrained contemporary material palette to give the existing residence a completely renewed identity. Rather than relying on decorative elements, the architecture is defined through proportion, material, texture, light, and carefully executed details.
Interior spaces were redesigned to create a more open and connected living environment. Visual relationships between the main living areas were strengthened, allowing spaces to flow naturally while maintaining their individual functions.
Large glazed openings and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces play an important role in the transformation. Natural light becomes part of the architecture, enhancing the sense of openness and allowing the interior spaces to feel larger, brighter, and more connected to their surroundings.
Material selections, cabinetry, lighting, finishes, fixtures, and architectural details were coordinated as part of a unified design language. The result is a contemporary residence that feels sophisticated and intentional without becoming overly complicated.
Interior Design & Transformation

Structural modifications, existing building systems, new finishes, architectural details, and MEP improvements required continuous coordination between design and construction.
AVANA’s direct involvement in both design and construction allowed many of these conditions to be addressed efficiently in the field without compromising the overall architectural concept.
Particular attention was given to finish quality, dimensional coordination, material transitions, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors and glazing, and other visible architectural elements where precision has a significant impact on the finished result.
